Description

As the VP of Product, you will lead the charge in defining and scaling an AI-driven operating system for materials trade, transforming workflows and enhancing experiences for buyers and suppliers while driving product strategy across multiple markets.

Requirements

• •Technical depth, AI-first thinking, commercial intuition, and strong cross-functional alignment
• •10+ years of product leadership experience in B2B platforms, marketplaces, logistics tech, fintech, procurement tech, or enterprise SaaS
• •Track record of owning a complex, multi-sided product with high operational dependencies
• •Deep understanding of workflows, automation, data products, and AI/ML integration
• •Comfortable operating at the intersection of software and physical world operations
• •Strong commercial intuition: pricing, supply/demand alignment, margin dynamics
• •Ability to design systems that scale from dozens to thousands of transactions per day
• •Excellent communicator who drives clarity across Engineering, Sales, and Operations
• •Thrives in a fast-paced, office-only environment — high tempo, high accountability, high ownership

Tasks

• •Define and scale the operating system for materials trade

• •Reduce operational overhead by automating manual processes
• •Model a high-energy culture with fast cycles and clear decisions
• •Partner with Engineering and Data teams to design workflows
• •Convert human expertise into algorithmic playbooks for the platform
• •Drive adoption of predictive pricing and risk models
• •Align product decisions with operational constraints across teams
• •Ensure platform reliability for large-scale and time-critical transactions
• •Drive platform expansion into new regions and categories
