Tasks

• •Drive recruitment and retention strategies for a diverse engineering team
• •Mentor and manage senior engineering leaders to enhance team effectiveness
• •Define and foster a high-performance engineering culture
• •Own the long-term technical vision and architectural roadmap
• •Maintain expertise in the developer landscape to guide strategy
• •Champion research and development efforts for new technologies
• •Promote internal use of the company's code quality and security tools
• •Ensure reliability and performance of deployed capabilities
• •Refine and scale the software development lifecycle for high-quality releases
• •Set and enforce standards for engineering quality and application security
