- Steer performance using granular KPIs
- Identify root causes and drive corrective actions
- Translate operational details into management insights
- Support strategic decision-making for the Group CFO
- Develop controlling standards and tools
- Enhance data quality in collaboration with Group Controlling
- Lead a €100m investment program
- Develop business cases and track post-investment performance
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning
- Ensure alignment between operational reality and strategic objectives
- Foster a performance-driven culture across operations
- Lead a team in controlling, accounting, and related functions
