- •Coordinate business case inputs with therapy area leadership
- •Incorporate diligence findings into risk and value assessments
- •Collaborate with legal to negotiate definitive transaction documents
- •Prepare decision-making frameworks for the board and executive committee
- •Manage governance calendars and approval processes
- •Oversee the diligence process from approval to closing
- •Partner with integration teams to prioritize strategic value drivers
- •Coach and develop junior M&A transaction leads
- •Lead late-stage landscaping and market dynamic assessments
- •Maintain relationships with financial advisors and banks
- •Gather market intelligence on competitor activities
