Tasks
- Lead and develop Inside Sales organization
- Process customer inquiries and quotations
- Coordinate project and technical support
- Collaborate with VP Sales EMEA on escalations
- Maintain operational collaboration with Poland production
- Forecast capacity, workload, and customer requirements
- Optimize FTE planning and productivity
- Initiate digital transformation projects
- Manage warehouse operations
- Ensure fulfillment accuracy and reliability
- Improve intralogistics and automation
- Develop warehouse investment plans
- Execute warehouse optimization programs
- Promote health and safety culture
- Oversee inbound container imports
- Maintain excellence with logistics partners
- Ensure customs documentation compliance
- Manage outbound export processes
- Adhere to export restrictions and trade compliance
- Optimize shipping costs, lead time, and reliability
- Contribute to FS EMEA Management Team
- Drive customer-centric culture and operational excellence
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Finance
- Lead and develop multi-functional team of 150+ employees
- Foster continuous improvement with KPIs and Lean methodology
- Ensure organizational readiness for growth and digital transformation
