- Apply and maintain all VM standards according to the Visual Standards Guide
- Confirm standards with the Daily VM Checklist alongside the store management team
- Support and train CSPs on relevant visual guidelines
- Train the store team on brand vision, floor sets, and visual standards
- Ensure all store team wardrobing aligns with current brand image with the VM Coordinator
- Participate in regional new store openings
- Provide additional support to neighboring stores as needed
