- •Experience in flight control systems
- •Rigor in following requirements
- •Agile mindset in relation to tasks, products, and projects
- •Open-mindedness
- •International cooperation and team spirit
- •Work on equipment (Simulators, Bench, Helicopters) on site
- •Negotiation in English and French
- •Knowledge in design tools (Scade / Matlab)
