- Administer global and local insurance programs
- Manage insurance policy documentation
- Follow up on premium allocation
- Liaise with brokers, experts, and insurers for claims management
- Maintain and update insurance reporting tools and dashboards
- Assist with invoice validation
- Assist with data accuracy in operational processes
- Participate in insurer loss prevention visits
- Support implementing loss prevention recommendations
- Develop insurance awareness sessions
