- Support Customers and Warranty teams on various projects.
- Standardize reporting processes for consistency and efficiency.
- Participate in creating and implementing new procedures.
- Develop training plans to enhance customer knowledge within the team.
- Provide data analysis and prepare reports for the Group Customer Quality Director.
