Requirements
- •University degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
- •First practical experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering
- •Practical Problem Solving
- •Quality Preventive Standards (PFMEA, Statistical Process Control)
- •Project Management; Experience in Artificial Intelligence
- •Statistical Process Capability (SPC) & Design of Experiment (DoE)
- •Autonomous, eager to learn, social competence, self-motivated, analytical
- •English fluent, German/French/Spanish is a plus

Bachelor's degree
Tasks
- •Develop and maintain a Quality Management System
- •Facilitate PFMEA and Risk & Opportunities identification
- •Support implementation of Statistical Process Capability standards
- •Implement Design of Experiment methodologies
- •Lead resolution of End-to-End Quality escapes
- •Ensure adherence to Quality standards within plans
- •Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives
- •Perform and support Practical Problem Solving training
