- •Inform suppliers about non-conformities
- •Implement securitization for non-quality costs
- •Invoice costs of non-quality (CONQ S1)
- •Organize retrofit actions when necessary
- •Implement quality wall actions as needed
- •Secure supplier corrective action plans
- •Enforce preventive action plans for suppliers
- •Drive improvement roadmaps for underperforming suppliers
- •Conduct inspections for low-critical parts
- •Ensure sustainability of control plans
- •Lead incoming inspection activities
- •Manage a team of inspectors
- •Ensure compliance with defined control plans
