- Organize internal and external workshops
- Support digital communication platform
- Manage content for digital communication platform
- Prepare live events
- Support employees through change adoption
- Animate key users communities
- Manage engagement surveys
- Set up DDMS Training Center
- Manage DDMS Training Center
- Equip employees with digital skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Work on digital twin initiative
- Promote digital continuity
- Revolutionize product design, production, and maintenance
- Act transnationally between France and Germany
- Engage with partners in Japan and other subsidiaries
- Build network within the company
