In this role, you will leverage technical and analytical skills to support projects, enhance reporting tools, and train users. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with teams, improving dashboards, and ensuring smooth application functionality.

• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
• •Experience working in a diverse and international environment
• •Experience from customer projects
• •Experience leading distant teams
• •Fluent English (written and spoken)
• •Knowledge of engineering design and project methodologies
• •Understanding of tool architecture and infrastructure
• •Knowledge of general railway businesses and industrial processes
• •Leadership and communication skills
• •Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and opportunities

Tasks

• •Support daily scrum reviews for various projects
• •Assist in creating and improving ADS reports and real-time KPIs
• •Enhance project dashboards while maintaining standard formats
• •Promote awareness of Lean in Development principles across functions
• •Create ADS items based on OdY.C exports
• •Provide first-level support to end users and resolve application-related incidents
• •Train and coach end users on application modules and processes
• •Participate actively in the Key User Community
• •Conduct acceptance and regression testing for tickets, change requests, and support packages
• •Contribute to the development of new solutions and participate in solution evaluation and acceptance
