Requirements

• Strong portfolio (social-first, performance-oriented work)
• Exceptional cinematography and storytelling skills
• Comfort working independently, leading small crews, or integrating into teams
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts visually
• Deep, hands-on editing experience (pacing, sound design, motion graphics)
• Ability to oversee external partners (color grading, sound, GFX)
• Strong creative development and pre-production planning skills
• Clear communication of creative ideas to stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Calmness and adaptability in unpredictable environments
• Independent multi-project management (pre-production to delivery)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects
• Proficiency in relevant camera and audio equipment
• Ability to travel internationally
• Ability to work in demanding field conditions
• Military knowledge, experience, or background
• Existing security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
• Drone pilot license
• Experience with specialized camera systems (IR, thermal)
• Motion graphics and animation skills (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
• Sound recording and audio mixing capabilities
• Second language (ideally French or German)

Tasks

• Capture content in studio and demanding field settings.
• Travel internationally for fieldwork.
• Produce documentaries about technology, people, and mission.
• Create product videos demonstrating technology's real-world applications.
• Own video projects from concept through delivery.
• Edit and cut down content for web, social media, events, and internal communications.
• Capture photography to complement video content and marketing needs.
• Collaborate with teams to visualize technology and its impact.
• Maintain organized, accessible project files and assets.
• Manage equipment, logistics, and workflows in office and field.
