Requirements

• •Studies in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar education
• •Profound relevant work experience
• •High leadership experience in interdisciplinary international teams
• •Management track record in family-owned companies
• •Excellent English and German skills

Tasks

• •Drive and develop a lean organization
• •Ensure operational excellence and efficiency across the company
• •Manage and coordinate Brand Operations
• •Oversee interface management with Omnichannel Sales Operations
• •Direct Business Processes and PMO initiatives
• •Steer Supply Chain and Project Management efforts
• •Guide Digital/IT operations with focused target setting
• •Continuously improve and develop the learning organization
• •Optimize operational processes into best practices
• •Collaborate with C-Level executives and peers
• •Execute the organizational vision, mission, and strategy
• •Manage capital investments and expenses effectively
• •Optimize the entire supply chain for cost and quality
• •Manage crises and mitigate risks consistently
• •Monitor performance and establish corrective measures
• •Create KPI-based reporting structures for current and future forecasts
• •Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
