  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und klare Ausdrucksweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Digitale Grundkenntnisse (E-Mail, CRM, Telefonie)
  • Bereitschaft zur zweiwöchigen Einarbeitung in Hannover

Tasks

  • Telefonisch Kontakt zu Gewerbekund:innen aufnehmen
  • Anhand eines Gesprächsleitfadens beraten
  • Bedarfsermittlung durchführen
  • Bedarfe an den Außendienst weitergeben
  • Gespräche im CRM-System dokumentieren
  • Mit einem Remote-Team zusammenarbeiten
