- Ability to lead in matrix organizations and collaborate across business units
- Strong industry insight and passion for digital transformation
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English

- Shape and grow business in Industrial Machinery & Heavy Equipment sector
- Drive digital and sustainability transformations
- Own and drive vertical sales strategy
- Translate market trends into growth agenda
- Build and manage strategic customer relationships
- Engage senior executives and C-level stakeholders
- Define and steer key account and vertical account plans
- Collaborate with Siemens sales organizations and regional leaders
- Generate and qualify high-value leads
- Convert leads into consulting and technology projects
- Take ownership of opportunity development
- Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit and delivery teams
- Develop compelling end-to-end value propositions
- Manage pipeline and sales performance
- Ensure transparent and reliable demand planning
- Shape and evolve vertical-specific offerings
- Contribute market insights to portfolio development
- Act as a thought leader for the vertical
- Represent Siemens Advanta externally
- Participate in industry discussions and strategic positioning
