Description

You lead the development of key accounts and new customer acquisition while managing multiple projects. Your role includes team leadership, project management, and promoting a strong company culture through active participation and collaboration.

Requirements

• •Degree in computer science or similar
• •At least 4 years’ experience in software development
• •At least 2 years of leadership experience
• •Overview of software development technologies
• •Ideally experience with multiple programming languages
• •Basic knowledge of programming and software architecture
• •Strong team and leadership skills
• •Very good conceptual and analytical understanding
• •Fast comprehension of technical topics
• •Ability to work well under pressure
• •Good communication skills in German and English
• •Solution and results oriented
• •Hands on understanding of lean management

Tasks

• •Develop and expand key accounts systematically.
• •Acquire new customers and follow up on projects.
• •Negotiate contracts with CEO and COO coordination.
• •Manage multiple customer projects with project managers.
• •Take responsibility for revenue and budget in software projects.
• •Maintain a holistic perspective on actions and impacts.
• •Strengthen brand and networks through marketing involvement.
• •Develop sophisticated software products and services.
• •Lead small, agile in-house teams of four to six members.
• •Coordinate cross-functional responsibilities across teams.
• •Consult with customers on business analysis and technical understanding.
• •Steer project management to meet goals in time and budget.
• •Orchestrate contacts and stakeholders across organizational levels.
• •Host workshops and meetings with internal and external participants.
• •Empower and develop team members effectively.
• •Identify and promote team strengths and potential.
• •Support project leaders through close collaboration.
• •Optimize team output for best results.
• •Contribute to the development of the Yatta team.
• •Promote and embody company culture.
• •Participate in training and development programs.
• •Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding in the team.
