Vendor & Outsourcing Manager(m/w/x)

You will drive the company's vendor governance by managing complex outsourcing lifecycles, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring team members to optimize third-party performance.

Requirements

• •Degree in Law, Business, or related
• •Minimum 4 years experience in Vendor Management
• •Knowledge of outsourcing regulations (KWG, DORA)
• •Very good stakeholder communication and presentation
• •Fluent German and strong English skills

Tasks

• •Implement and execute the Outsourcing and Procurement Policy
• •Manage outsourcing controlling and reporting functions
• •Maintain the Outsourcing Inventory and Information Register
• •Report new or changed material outsourcings to regulators
• •Provide input for Third Party Risk Pre-Assessments
• •Coordinate and sign off on TPRA assessment outputs
• •Notify BaFin regarding outsourcing status as required
• •Oversee audits on provider management tasks
• •Collect evidence and coordinate with internal audit
• •Manage daily third-party operational requests and account support
• •Conduct service reviews and quarterly business meetings
• •Monitor performance and align on strategic objectives
• •Reconcile invoices and log evidence in the monitoring cockpit
• •Track SLA compliance and maintain documented evidence
• •Lead monthly third-party reporting and risk logging
• •Support management reporting with data analytics and insights
• •Identify control gaps and drive mitigation measures
• •Coordinate escalations with contract owners and stakeholders
• •Support regulatory and process-driven contract negotiations
• •Translate regulatory requirements into operational processes
• •Mentor junior team members and provide vendor governance guidance
