Requirements

  • •Master’s or higher degree in Automotive Engineering Control Systems or related field
  • •Multiple years of experience in developing control systems for vehicle dynamics or related automotive systems
  • •Deep understanding of vehicle dynamics principles, kinematics, and control theory
  • •Proven expertise in designing and deploying control algorithms for chassis systems or autonomous driving system
  • •Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink/C/C++, dSPACE, and related tools for modeling and simulation
  • •Strong communication ability under pressure
  • •Enthusiasm to work in a distributed, multi-cultural, international team
  • •Fluent communication skills in English
  • •Knowledge of German and/or Chinese language
  • •Willingness to travel to China (up to 25% of time)

Tasks

  • •Develop and refine control algorithms for vehicle dynamics systems
  • •Implement advanced control strategies using Model Predictive Control (MPC), PID, or adaptive control techniques
  • •Drive innovation in vehicle dynamics control for autonomous vehicles and x-by-wire systems
  • •Create high-fidelity vehicle dynamics control models using MATLAB/Simulink
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers
