Requirements
- •Master’s or higher degree in Automotive Engineering Control Systems or related field
- •Multiple years of experience in developing control systems for vehicle dynamics or related automotive systems
- •Deep understanding of vehicle dynamics principles, kinematics, and control theory
- •Proven expertise in designing and deploying control algorithms for chassis systems or autonomous driving system
- •Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink/C/C++, dSPACE, and related tools for modeling and simulation
- •Strong communication ability under pressure
- •Enthusiasm to work in a distributed, multi-cultural, international team
- •Fluent communication skills in English
- •Knowledge of German and/or Chinese language
- •Willingness to travel to China (up to 25% of time)

- •Develop and refine control algorithms for vehicle dynamics systems
- •Implement advanced control strategies using Model Predictive Control (MPC), PID, or adaptive control techniques
- •Drive innovation in vehicle dynamics control for autonomous vehicles and x-by-wire systems
- •Create high-fidelity vehicle dynamics control models using MATLAB/Simulink
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers
