Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years professional experience in manufacturing, sheet metal processing and/or electronics assembly focus
  • Proven track record in value stream management, lean manufacturing, team leadership
  • Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM)
  • Understanding of manufacturing technologies/processes (sheet metal, electronics)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Tasks

  • Oversee the sheet metal, front panel, and electronics value stream.
  • Apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
  • Develop and implement value stream strategies for business goals.
  • Ensure high safety and compliance standards.
  • Foster a zero-accident culture.
  • Support environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Identify improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate action plans.
  • Track progress.
  • Coordinate teams to solve production issues.
  • Optimize workflow.
  • Implement standard methodologies.
  • Manage and develop production staff and managers.
  • Ensure clear communication and goal alignment.
  • Provide continuous training and development.
  • Support product and process development.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Quality.
  • Support new product introductions and process changes.
  • Lead capacity and resource planning.
  • Collaborate with order management on planning.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and authorities.
