- Plan and coordinate maintenance and downtime
- Apply structured problem-solving to operational challenges
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Secure a robust talent pipeline for the Value Stream
- Drive future planning for automation and digitalization
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
