Requirements

  • University degree in business administration with real estate or valuation focus
  • Professional experience in real estate valuations or transactions (RICS qualification appreciated)
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate and valuation procedures
  • Enthusiasm for real estate and international context
  • Project management experience and interest in digitalization and sustainability
  • Decision-making ability, resilient, conscientious, and flexible personality
  • Independent, self-reliant working style as a team player with integrity
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Active, interdisciplinary communication skills across management levels and national borders
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • Other language skills (e.g. German or French) advantageous

Tasks

  • Steer valuation process for European portfolio
  • Support Head of European Valuation
  • Assist top management in decision-making
  • Approve external valuations
  • Manage valuation topics with external valuers
  • Support real estate transaction valuations
  • Review external valuations for market adequacy
  • Analyze European country markets quantitatively
  • Assess real estate markets and properties
  • Model quantitative scenario analyses
  • Model sensitivity analyses
  • Forecast valuation results
  • Assess related risks
  • Act as valuation expert for portfolio
  • Communicate valuation results to stakeholders

Work Experience

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – is a plus
  • French – is a plus
