Validating multi-agent AI systems by exploring behavioral space and uncovering failures. 3-5 years AI/ML validation experience required. 6 weeks annual leave, overtime compensation.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Systems Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in validation, verification, or quality engineering for complex AI, ML, or software-intensive systems
  • Expert programming skills in C++, Java, Kotlin, or Python
  • Proficiency in AI-assisted development using coding agents (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode)
  • Understanding of agentic AI architectures, agent patterns, and multi-agent interaction
  • Ability to apply optimization, search, or operational-research techniques to testing or exploration problems
  • Experience with automotive software quality processes (ASPICE, ISO 26262) is a plus

Tasks

  • Prove the multi-agent AI system works
  • Develop AI-assisted validation strategies
  • Explore behavioral space of interacting agents
  • Uncover failures missed by conventional testing
  • Build cloud-based validation environments
  • Define test architectures and scenario pipelines
  • Create behavioral oracles and regression suites
  • Design AI-assisted exploration strategies
  • Navigate semantic search space of the system
  • Probe behavioral boundaries of agents
  • Implement adaptive test strategies
  • Optimize techniques to surface edge cases
  • Develop coverage models for non-deterministic systems
  • Steer test generation using coverage metrics
  • Assess release readiness with coverage metrics
  • Establish validation methodologies for AI behavior
  • Conduct metamorphic and property-based testing
  • Perform adversarial probing and acceptance criteria
  • Build observability and diagnostics tooling
  • Implement distributed tracing and trajectory replay
  • Automate failure clustering and root-cause triage
  • Evaluate and select LLMs/SLMs for validation
  • Balance latency, cost, and accuracy for test campaigns
  • Close feedback loop between validation and improvement
  • Structure discovered failures and coverage gaps
  • Transform behavioral anomalies into actionable knowledge
