- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and communication skills
- Excellent command of English; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are an advantage

- Coordinate production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure aircraft components meet high standards
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes
- Create and maintain production plans
- Establish standardized work instructions
- Manage configuration control documentation
- Collaborate with finance, management, and suppliers
- Ensure accuracy and alignment in projects
- Lead problem-solving initiatives
- Conduct root cause analyses
- Drive improvement projects for quality and efficiency
