Requirements

  • Enrollment in Bachelor's/Master's degree in information design, communication design, graphic design, media design, web development or similar
  • Knowledge of standard UI/UX design tools (Figma & Adobe Creative Suite) and vector graphics
  • Professional attitude in communication and deadlines
  • Creativity and good attention to detail
  • Autonomy and self-organization
  • Excellent English and good German language skills
  • Experience in close collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Expertise in agile working environment (SAFe)
  • Knowledge of Product/Project Management
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism

Tasks

  • Manage cross-team UX/UI topics from scoping to execution.
  • Align topic execution with UI/UX Operations Manager.
  • Coordinate with Design System & Information Architecture team.
  • Independently manage defined UX/UI initiatives.
  • Clarify initiative objectives and success criteria.
  • Coordinate initiative stakeholders.
  • Track initiative progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Deliver initiative outcomes.
  • Document initiative outcomes.
  • Serve as the main contact for your initiatives.
  • Facilitate alignment with UX/UI teams, product, and stakeholders.
  • Develop Design System communication concepts.
  • Develop Design System learning formats.
  • Create guidelines, playbooks, and onboarding material.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve your initiatives.
  • Collect feedback on initiatives.
  • Propose optimizations to increase impact and adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with the UI/UX Operations Manager.
  • Serve as sparring partner to UI/UX Operations Manager.
  • Maintain clear ownership of assigned topics.
  • Maintain accountability for assigned topics.
