Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Market Research, Interaction Design, or comparable field
- Several years of professional UX Researcher experience, ideally from SaaS projects or organizations
- Collaboration with Design, Product Management, and Development teams
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Solid knowledge in test design, statistics, and data analysis
- Analytical and strategic thinking for actionable insights
Tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic research objectives
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies with users
- Analyze study results to inform product development
- Create engaging reports and user journey maps
- Develop jobs-to-be-done frameworks and other communication materials
- Advocate for user needs and goals in cross-functional teams
- Champion user-centered design within project teams
- Support and mentor other UX Researchers and Designers
- Foster a user research-driven and data-informed product culture
