Tasks
- Conduct end-to-end UX research for complex B2B products
- Plan and lead qualitative research with technical users
- Collaborate with Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics teams
- Lead usability testing and user interviews
- Analyze workflow and validate concepts for complex product flows
- Combine qualitative research with web and product analytics
- Identify behavioral patterns and validate hypotheses
- Support data-informed product decisions
- Analyze user behavior and product usage with analytics tools
- Improve usability of complex interfaces with advanced workflows
- Build scalable UX research processes and frameworks
- Integrate modern AI tools into research workflows
- Present research findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
