Requirements
- 5+ years professional UX design experience (medior/senior)
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or related field
- Shipped and measured success of AI-powered features (human-centered design)
- Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems
- Ability to validate designs through research and usability testing
- Experienced in driving strategic decisions in a product triad
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Passion for accessibility, inclusivity, and complex design challenges
- Proactive mindset and drive for continuous improvement
- Fluent in German (business proficiency)
Tasks
- Rapidly prototype and refine AI-powered concepts
- Manage the entire design process from discovery to delivery
- Identify research needs and transform insights into user experiences
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes
- Facilitate collaborative ideation and problem-solving
- Ensure design consistency and efficiency using the design system
- Propose improvements or new components for the design system
- Validate and refine designs through feedback and testing
- Deliver clear communication and comprehensive handover documentation
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers
- Shape user-centered solutions and drive product outcomes
- Contribute to raising UX maturity and improving design processes
- Monitor emerging trends, tools, and best practices in UX
