User Researcher(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will shape the product strategy by conducting deep user research and building scalable frameworks that empower teams to make data-driven, user-centric decisions.

Requirements

• •At least 3 years of user research experience
• •Experience in B2B or tech-driven environments ideally
• •Experience in mobility or EV sector ideally
• •Expertise in qualitative and quantitative studies
• •Ability to translate insights into decisions
• •Skills in recruitment and research operations
• •Proficiency in user research tools
• •Ability to synthesize complex data
• •Strong communication with diverse stakeholders
• •Collaborative, proactive, and hands-on leadership
• •Exceptional storytelling and problem-solving skills
• •Experience in fast-paced Agile environments
• •Fluency in English and German
• •French or Italian language skills ideally
