Requirements

  • 3+ years professional experience as Environment Artist
  • Strong reel/portfolio
  • Deep understanding of 3D asset workflows (modeling, UVs, texturing, optimization, material setup)
  • Solid experience with Unreal Engine environment systems, rendering pipeline, performance best practices
  • Proficiency with 3D software (Blender, Maya, or 3DS Max)
  • Skill in Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop for texture/material creation
  • Passion for creating realistic, visually stunning environments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work closely within multidisciplinary team
  • Self-driven and organized
  • Eagerness to push creative and technical boundaries
  • Familiarity with Procedural Content Creation (PCG) in Unreal Engine (plus)
  • Knowledge of Houdini for procedural asset generation/workflow optimization (plus)

  • Collaborate with Technical Artists on Unreal integration

  • Build environments and scenes exclusively
  • Avoid direct client contact
