Tasks
- Define and plan mission operational needs
- Secure aircraft-specific operational approvals
- Participate in Operational Launch Program execution
- Balance organizational and detailed approval tasks
- Comply with JARUS SORA 2.5 and EASA regulations
- Prepare European aircraft operational mission
- Capture and record planning requirements
- Report approval requirements for flight missions
- Identify customer stakeholders
- Develop communication streams and formats
- Define logistic requirements
- Arrange transport and shelter for aircraft and equipment
- Obtain transport clearances and crew lodging
- Develop mission planning budget framework
- Gather required information from stakeholders
- Manage mission preparation and execution schedule
- Create progress reporting dashboards
- Provide regular status updates to management
- Ensure availability of prerequisites on site
- Support operations crew in resolving issues
- Coordinate on-site with customers
- Document program expenses versus budget
