- •Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills

- •Align priorities with business and manufacturing strategies
- •Identify high-impact improvement opportunities across site MUs
- •Support integration of OE initiatives into site performance objectives
- •Educate site leaders on applying OE and Lean methodologies
- •Lead and develop a high-performing team of OE Managers
- •Provide direction, mentoring, and professional development
- •Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation
- •Ensure consistent application of Lean methodologies and OE standards
- •Design and implement site-level improvement initiatives
- •Oversee progress against improvement plans using KPIs
- •Utilize digital dashboards to ensure measurable outcomes
- •Identify gaps and implement countermeasures for timely decision-making
- •Coach site leaders on Lean Leadership and Standards principles
- •Build and maintain a strong OE capability ecosystem
- •Reinforce continuous improvement through daily management systems
- •Lead OE-related communication and change management efforts
- •Foster a culture of openness, empowerment, and shared accountability
