Requirements

  • •Previous experience in Property Underwriting from insurer or broker
  • •Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks
  • •Strong analytical skills for data examination
  • •Demonstrated influencing skills without authority
  • •Fluency in German and English

  • •Experience in a complex, global matrix organization

Tasks

  • •Underwrite new and renewal accounts to achieve financial targets
  • •Negotiate terms, pricing, and participation with brokers
  • •Manage capacity and assess Natural Catastrophe Accumulation
  • •Follow Line of Business governance framework and guidelines
  • •Ensure contract certainty using global pricing tools
  • •Facilitate the placement and binding of FAC Reinsurance
  • •Support policy administration and credit control
  • •Assist in acquisition and retention efforts
