- Experience with VTC systems and networking
- Experience with Unimax UC Management Software
- Experience with Cisco Meeting Management
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong understanding of networking principles
- Advanced troubleshooting and trace analysis skills
- Project management skills
- Clearone Certification
- Biamp Certification
- CTS Certification
- Ability to manage Crestron/AMX code
Tasks
- Design and deploy integrated communication systems
- Merge voice, video, and data into a single platform
- Manage and configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Maintain high availability of communication services
- Resolve technical issues with messaging and video systems
- Provide escalated technical support for users
- Monitor system performance to ensure optimal uptime
- Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure problems
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on system integration
