Requirements

  • Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
  • Proactive, open, and communicative mindset
  • Integrity, reliability, and discretion
  • Expertise in EASA UAS regulations
  • Commitment to staying updated on regulatory and technological developments
  • Familiarity with ARP4754/ARP4761
  • Familiarity with DO-178C/DO-330/DO-254
  • Familiarity with MIL-STD-810H/MIL-STD-461G
  • Active participation in UAS industry forums and working groups
  • Valid UAS pilot certificates A1–A3
  • A2 UAS pilot certificate is an advantage
  • Business-level German
  • Business-level English

Tasks

  • Ensure UAS compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with System Engineers and Flight-Testing Engineers
  • Prepare and update operational documentation
  • Apply SORA methodology to operational risk assessments
  • Coordinate meetings with National Aviation Authorities
  • Support cross-border operational authorization processes
  • Identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies
  • Enhance certification and operational authorization processes

  • 3 - 4 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
