Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in crypto trading, treasury management, or DeFi strategy
  • •Deep understanding of decentralized and centralized trading platforms
  • •Proven track record in designing and implementing asset management and tokenomics strategies
  • •Strong quantitative skills with experience building pricing models and simulating buyback strategies linked to revenue or usage growth
  • •Familiarity with tokenomics, liquidity mining, staking, and DAO governance
  • •Experience deploying and managing DeFi liquidity pools across major chains and DEXs
  • •Advanced data analytics and dashboarding skills (e.g., Dune, Nansen, Flipside, custom SQL dashboards)
  • •High integrity and a DAO-first mindset with comfort operating transparently
