Requirements

  • Experience working with local/central teams

  • Strong organizational and project-management skills
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, or Portuguese
  • Valid Swiss work permit
  • Exposure to financial markets
  • Experience building internal and external networks
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills

Tasks

  • Optimize funding structures for global and regional subsidiaries
  • Reduce finance costs by identifying optimal capital structures
  • Mitigate tax implications and capital inefficiencies
  • Manage daily liquidity, cash, and FX requirements
  • Drive excellence in end-to-end global treasury processes
  • Strengthen relationships between Corporate Treasury and worldwide subsidiaries
  • Partner cross-functionally on high-impact funding and structural projects
  • Leverage global banking relationships for cash management and FX
  • Advise markets on best-practice treasury and regulatory standards
  • Govern treasury policies and recommend structural improvements
  • Lead treasury transformation and strategic enhancement initiatives
  • Coach junior team members to foster high performance
