Requirements

Tasks
- Verify invoice details for completeness and accuracy
- Return incorrect invoices to suppliers
- Contact suppliers to address complaints and request reissuance
- Clarify discrepancies with purchasing and relevant departments
- Adjust payment terms as needed
- Resolve discrepancies in travel expense reports
- Check externally scanned receipts for correct entry
- Assist in error checking and correction of receipts
- Manage weekly payment runs and payroll in Germany
- Process tax and manual urgent payments
- Report monthly direct cash flow actuals for Germany
- Provide bi-weekly actuals and forecasts for Germany
- Prepare cash by bank files for Werke and Holding
- Handle factoring repayments and transfers
- Execute FX trades for Werke and Holding for India/Thailand IC payments
- Manage cash pool and cash rounds to reduce IC cash balances
- Communicate with banks regarding day-to-day business and contracts
- Oversee bank account management
