- Prepare business cases
- Follow up with candidates
- Prepare welcome kits
- Prepare onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Coordinate first-day activities for new hires
- Coordinate last-day activities for departing employees
- Maintain and update HR databases
- Draft HR letters
- Draft HR documentation
- Draft work certificates
- Update and prepare time management system reports
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis
- Analyze headcount, turnover, and mobility rates
- Analyze time to fill open positions
- Provide administrative support to Beauty Advisors
- Assist Beauty Advisors with IT and platform access
- Organize HR events and initiatives
- Coordinate trainings and team activities
- Coordinate Diversity Week and wellness programs
- Support learning and development initiatives
- Manage training logistics
- Collect feedback on training programs
- Support and follow up on Performance, TRM, and ORM processes
- Participate in ongoing HR projects
- Research HR best practices
- Provide input on process improvements
