  • Coordinate first-day activities for new hires
  • Coordinate last-day activities for departing employees
  • Maintain and update HR databases
  • Draft HR letters
  • Draft HR documentation
  • Draft work certificates
  • Update and prepare time management system reports
  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis
  • Analyze headcount, turnover, and mobility rates
  • Analyze time to fill open positions
  • Provide administrative support to Beauty Advisors
  • Assist Beauty Advisors with IT and platform access
  • Organize HR events and initiatives
  • Coordinate trainings and team activities
  • Coordinate Diversity Week and wellness programs
  • Support learning and development initiatives
  • Manage training logistics
  • Collect feedback on training programs
  • Support and follow up on Performance, TRM, and ORM processes
  • Participate in ongoing HR projects
  • Research HR best practices
  • Provide input on process improvements
