Transport Specialist(m/w/x)

Description

As the main contact for outbound logistics, you'll streamline transportation workflows and resolve delivery issues to ensure the company's orders reach customers efficiently and on budget.

Requirements

• •Logistics focused degree preferred
• •Logistics experience, wholesale or carrier preferred
• •Business level English and German perk
• •Basic knowledge of SAP and WMS
• •Self-starter and teamwork skills
• •Understanding of end-to-end logistics processes
• •Strong interpersonal skills
• •Strong time management skills
• •Ability to work in international environments

Tasks

• •Act as the primary contact for outbound transportation topics
• •Resolve delivery delays, damages, and discrepancies promptly
• •Coordinate communication between transportation, distribution, and order management
• •Provide regular transportation status updates to stakeholders
• •Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
• •Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the transportation workflow
• •Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of all orders
• •Collaborate with teams to optimize transportation processes
• •Analyze transportation metrics to identify improvement areas
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics
• •Assist with distribution and transportation-related projects
• •Report directly to the Director of Transportation
