Tasks
- Transition from current DTS network
- Support SAP/TM implementation
- Secure high-quality master data
- Ensure system supports daily operations
- Shape reliable distribution model
- Support national and global transport operations
- Drive cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance
- Improve processes across EMEA
- Support purchasing and transportation activities
- Collaborate with central purchasing
- Act as point of contact for carriers and suppliers
- Follow up on carrier and supplier performance
- Participate in tenders by comparing offers, prices, and service levels
- Support market trend analysis
- Contribute to supplier improvements
- Coordinate and plan shipments across European network
- Maintain schedules, routes, and tariffs
- Ensure system data accuracy
- Follow up on KPIs
- Support deviation and transport damage investigations
- Improve daily operations and ways of working
- Analyze transport flows for cost, service, and lead time improvements
- Identify supply chain improvement opportunities
- Participate in sustainability and environmental impact initiatives
- Onboard new carriers and ways of working
- Set up system-related configurations
- Follow transport rules and guidelines
- Adhere to international trade requirements
- Handle transport-related issues and deviations
- Stay updated on logistics and transport regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations
