Requirements
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, professional accounting/tax qualification
- •10+ years of tax experience in big4 and industry environment
- •Excellent transfer pricing technical skills with commercial mindset
- •Excellent organizational and planning skills
- •Ability to provide succinct, practical and timely advice
- •Excellent understanding of international tax concepts
- •Extensive experience managing conflicting priorities/deadlines
- •Experience managing people
- •Attention to detail and ability to see bigger picture
- •Proficiency in English; German language is an advantage

- •Develop and maintain the global transfer pricing policy
- •Create a transfer pricing operating model and implement it across the group
- •Define and implement a transfer pricing governance framework
- •Monitor intercompany margins quarterly
- •Ensure compliance with transfer pricing documentation requirements
- •Provide ongoing transfer pricing support to the business
- •Assist the Group Head of Tax with divisional and regional tax matters
- •Address emerging transfer pricing issues like CbCR and Pillar II
- •Conduct timely impact assessments and communicate internally
- •Implement operational procedures for compliance with new regimes
- •Support the Group Strategic Funds Flow Committee and Group Treasury
- •Define profitability targets aligned with transfer pricing methods
- •Assist in the global target setting process, including true-ups and down
