Requirements

  • •Motivated, proactive, reliable, and stress-resistant
  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor's/master’s degree
  • •Basic knowledge of IFRS and accounting
  • •Fluent written and spoken English
  • •Advanced German language skills
  • •Excellent analytical skillset and entrepreneurial mindset
  • •Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • •Experience with analytical tools like PowerBI is a plus
  • •Previous internships or work experience in finance is a plus
  • •Available for a term of at least 2 months

Tasks

  • •Support planning and execution of Transaction Services.
  • •Deliver Financial Due Diligence for transactions.
  • •Receive intensive on-the-job training for M&A processes.
  • •Get mentorship for professional and personal guidance.
  • •Option to write your thesis during the internship.
