Requirements

  • •Motivation, proactivity, reliability, and stress-resistance
  • •Bachelor or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
  • •Basic IFRS knowledge and German GAAP knowledge
  • •Excellent German and professional English skills
  • •Excellent analytical skillset and entrepreneurial mindset
  • •Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerBI
  • •Previous finance internships or work experience
  • •Availability for at least 3 months

Education

Currently in higher education

Tasks

  • •Support the planning and execution of financial due diligence
  • •Deliver transaction services for buy-side and sell-side deals
  • •Assist international and national private equity and corporate clients
  • •Participate fully in M&A processes from start to finish
  • •Analyze financial mechanisms during intensive on-the-job training
