- •Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or comparable qualification
- •Several years of experience in Wholesale Banking
- •Strong commercial mindset and risk awareness
- •In-depth knowledge of operational workflows and transaction banking systems
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- •Self-driven and well-organised working style
- •Proactive team player with a positive attitude
- •Passion for innovation and sustainable solutions
- •Fluency in German and English

Tasks
- •Manage the TS Trade client portfolio
- •Act as the primary contact for operational incidents
- •Collaborate with Trade Sales and the Centre of Expertise
- •Leverage client relationships to increase TS fee income
- •Monitor client revenues and take targeted actions
- •Contribute to deal teams, client presentations, and RFPs
- •Structure and implement operational setups for new trade transactions
- •Onboard buyers and suppliers for trade transactions
- •Optimize technical interfaces for automated operations
- •Drive operational excellence and process improvements
- •Ensure high-quality execution across all trade processes
- •Conduct regular client reviews and visits
- •Identify business opportunities through proactive communication
- •Align with internal stakeholders on ongoing business activities
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and KYC guidelines
