Tasks
- Manage the TS Trade client portfolio
- Act as the primary contact for operational incidents
- Collaborate with Trade Sales and the Centre of Expertise
- Leverage client relationships to increase TS fee income
- Monitor client revenues and take targeted actions
- Contribute to deal teams, client presentations, and RFPs
- Structure and implement operational setups for new trade transactions
- Onboard buyers and suppliers for trade transactions
- Optimize technical interfaces for automated operations
- Drive operational excellence and process improvements
- Ensure high-quality execution across all trade processes
- Conduct regular client reviews and visits
- Identify business opportunities through proactive communication
- Align with internal stakeholders on ongoing business activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and KYC guidelines
