Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, medical technology, or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in minimally invasive surgery
  • At least 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally complemented by knowledge in marketing or product management
  • Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for international audiences
  • Willingness to travel internationally (more than 50% of working time)
  • Strong organizational skills and solid project management skills
  • Initiative and willingness to take responsibility

  • Prepare training materials, including presentations and handouts
