As a Training Manager in Minimally Invasive Surgery, you will design and implement comprehensive training programs for teams and customers worldwide, ensuring effective learning through innovative methods and digital formats. This role involves organizing workshops, supporting clinical observations, and continuously optimizing training content based on market trends.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, medical technology, or equivalent qualification
• •At least 3–5 years of experience in minimally invasive surgery
• •At least 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally complemented by knowledge in marketing or product management
• •Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
• •Strong presentation and communication skills for international audiences
• •Willingness to travel internationally (more than 50% of working time)
• •Strong organizational skills and solid project management skills
• •Initiative and willingness to take responsibility

Tasks

• •Design training programs for minimally invasive surgery
• •Plan and execute training sessions for internal teams and customers
• •Align training concepts with internal stakeholders
• •Create digital training formats, including e-learning and hybrid sessions
• •Develop innovative training methods to enhance learning
• •Provide necessary resources for training, such as rooms and instruments
• •Prepare training materials, including presentations and handouts
• •Organize and conduct workshops and practical exercises
• •Support customers during clinical observations and first surgeries
• •Monitor market trends and gather feedback to optimize training content
• •Manage training budgets and ensure cost control
• •Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
