- •Proficient English with excellent communication skills
- •Experience in copywriting and editing
- •Knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing skills
- •Experience in digital or social media marketing
- •Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
- •Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- •Responsibility for trainee plan execution

- •Execute global communication plans for products and initiatives
- •Develop communication strategies and content for internal and external platforms
- •Create engaging content for social media channels
- •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on projects
- •Collaborate with the Human Pharma Communications team on diverse topics
- •Rotate through the Corporate Affairs team to learn different communication areas
- •Partner on cross-functional projects to gain diverse experience
- •Exchange knowledge and best practices with other trainees
- •Attend external seminars and training sessions for professional development
