- Manage backlogs and PMO governance basics
- Lead the full requirements lifecycle, including system vision and algorithm specification
- Coordinate with service providers and manage roadmaps
- Develop and lead business cases and stakeholder strategies
- Implement AI-assisted product and platform workflows
- Take full responsibility for a product or platform scope
- Conduct peer reviews and competency-based evaluations
- Partner with engineering teams to set product direction
- Bridge the gap between the platform and market participants
- Ensure reliable outcomes in complex project deliveries
